The requirements are clear! A simple and outdated hospitality area is to be transformed into a modern space that can also be used for events outside of match days.
Currently, the floor is completely scratched, the heavy chairs cannot be stacked, the media technology is outdated, the walls bare, in short: Something has to happen here to be attractive on game day and beyond.
In the hospitality area, something like the city in the stadium is being created. Individual corners of the space will reflect the city, so the harbor can be found as well as the Prinzipalmarkt and the promenade. "Every guest will feel at home here," Managing Director Albrecht Dörries is certain. "In the future, we want to welcome guests not only on match days, but also on non-match days." To make this as individual as possible, all the furniture is stackable or on castors. Congress seating can be set up here in no time at all, as can a large presentation area. The project is scheduled for completion after the summer break.
