Wheelchair seating Olympiastadion Berlin

The most historically significant sports venue in Germany, the Berlin Olympic Stadium, has been extensively modernized for the UEFA European Championship 2024.
We are proud to have contributed an important part to this project.
With our rail system for wheelchair spaces, we have significantly improved inclusion on-site and greatly increased capacity for people with disabilities.

The renovation resulted in a nearly 55% increase in wheelchair spaces. In addition to the capacity increase, the care experience was optimized by the proximity of companions.
In total, 264 seats were equipped with our innovative rail system. These seats also offer flexibility for users of walkers and can be used by people without impairments.

A special feature of the project, alongside the ongoing operation, was the preservation of the listed status. The rails were flush-mounted into the historic natural stone and blend seamlessly with the surroundings.
